The House and Senate have passed and made permanent, and the President has signed into law, the enhanced deduction for donations of land conservation easements.

Enhanced charitable deduction for land conservation: conservation easements have helped national and local Land Trusts such as Edward L Rose Conservancy work with farmers, ranchers, and other modest-income landowners to increase voluntary land conservation by a third, to over a million acres a year when the tax incentive is in effect.
