Greenwood Hike and Tour – a 4-D Experience

On Saturday October 11, 2025, an open house was held at the Greenwood Sanctuary in Dimock, PA.

A high-light of the day was the hike and tour of the forest trails.

Jim Kessler led the enthusiastic group beyond the traditional 3-dimensional hike along and up and down the trails.

Jim also translated the story of the forest with knowledgeable and insightful observations which included the passage of time and changes in the history of the forest

that gave an additional dimension of Time to the in-depth discussion of the trees, land use and local history.
