Reflections on Summer 2025

A glimpse at some of the beautiful wildlife and some interesting behaviors. In the High Point Preserve, we observe raccoon, porcupine, and turkey vultures near a small cave, along with bobcat. The male bobcat shows retromingent marking behavior, which looks to be an effective communication tool with a female bobcat and others. Other native animals ( ermine, woodchuck, coyote, fisher and bears) share a fallen log as an energy efficient walkway. Hope you enjoy the video and share it with your family and friends.
