Passing of Patty Bloomer
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Patty Bloomer, Vice-President of the Edward L. Rose Land Conservancy.
Patty was an original co-founder of the Conservancy and has been an active and
passionate supporter of the organization and its mission for almost four decades.
It is with her guidance that the Conservancy has become a strong and successful advocate for the preservation of the natural environment in
the southern tier of New York and northeast Pennsylvania.
